Due to staff shortages, you're now in charge of dealing with customer enquiries and complaints. All of them. On all communication channels. You're allowed to hire helpers, but ultimately, if a call, email, tweet or comment is left unanswered... it's your reputation that'll suffer!
For each customer that connects, you should press the appropriate button to resolve their issue at the moment your icons overlap... or you can leave it to your imps. But they won't be 100% efficient all of the time. That, and they're not very sentient. Thus it's up to you to prioritse. Customers in green are heavy spenders. Customers in red will leave nasty reviews on your website if ignored. Choose wisely.
